丙泊酚在无痛人流中的应用效果分析

目的探讨丙泊酚在临床无痛人流中的应用效果。方法收集健康早孕妇女100例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组人工流产时使用丙泊酚麻醉,对照组使用常规局部麻醉,对比两组的镇痛效果、宫口扩展情况及人流综合征发生情况。结果使用丙泊酚无痛人流镇痛效果优于局麻下人流,宫口松弛率实验组明显高于对照组,人流综合征发生率实验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论丙泊酚在无痛人流中止痛效果较好,并能有效降低人流综合征的发生率,值得在临床推广。

The Effect of Propofolin in Clinical Painless Application

Objective To investigate the effect of propofol in clinical painless application.Methods 100 cases healthy early pregnant women were randomly divided into experimental and control group,in abortion the experimental group using propofol anesthesia and control group using conventional local anesthesia,then the analgesic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group analgesic effect was better than the control group;cervix relaxation rate of the experimental group was significantly higher and the abortion syndrome incidence of experimental group was significantly lower.Conclusion Propofol can reduce pain in abortion better,and can effectively reduce the incidence of abortion syndrome.
