动力矫形器矫治手屈曲功能障碍的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的报道动力性矫形器的制作方法及矫治手部屈曲功能障碍的临床疗效。方法对30例手部不同程度屈曲功能障碍者,采用动力性的掌指关节或指间关节矫形器来矫治,比较矫形前后关节活动度的改善情况。结果30例患者矫形治疗后关节活动度明显改善,掌指关节矫形者.掌指关节主动活动度增加10°~40°,被动活动度增加10°~60°;近侧指间关节主动活动度增加10°~50°,被动活动度增加10°-80°;远侧指间关节主动活动度增加10-30°.被动活动度增加10°-30°。结论对于手部屈曲功能障碍者,采用动力性矫形器矫治,可明显改善手指的主、被动活动度,有效地改善和预防手屈曲功能障碍, 故应尽早佩带。

Clinical efficacy observation of treating hand flexion dysfunction with powered orthoses

Abstract:Objective To report the production methods of Powered Orthoses, and observe its clinical efficacy for treating hand flexion dysfunction. Methods 30 patients with varying degrees of flexion hand dysfunction, were used powered orthoses of metacarpophalangeal joint or interphalangeal joint for treating. We compared the improvement of joint activity before and after orthopedics. Results There was singnificantly improment of joint motion in 30 cases after orthopedic treatment. Those who were treated with metacarpophalangeal joint orthoses, the initiative motion increased 10°-40°the range of passive activity increased 10°-60°. The range of proximal interphalangeal joint initiative motion increased 10°- 50°, and its passive activity increased 10°-80°The range of the distal interphalangeal joint initiative motion increased 10°-30°, and its passive activity increased 10°-30°. Conclusion For hand flexion dysfunction. It can significantly improve the active and passive activity range of finger by using powered orthoses, and it should be wore as soon as possible.
