| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨更昔洛韦(GCV)对小儿手足口病(HFMD)的临床疗效。方法:选择1~6岁患手足口病患儿80例随机分为两组,治疗组给予更昔洛韦,对照组给予利巴韦林治疗,对临床症状和体征的变化进行分析。结果:治疗组临床症状和体征均较对照组消失早(P<0.01)。结论:更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病疗程短、见效快,有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect of injection ganciclovir（GCV） on infants with hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）.Method Eighty patients who were 1～6 years old were randomly divided into two groups,treat group received ganciclovir in addition,control group received ribavirin in addition,In the process of treatment,the change of symptoms and signs were observed everyday.Results The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group disappeared earlier than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Ganciclovir can reduce the treatment period and raise the curative without side effect in the children with HFMD. |
