“应痛点”选穴法临床应用

根据左病取右、右病取左、左右交叉、上下相应的选穴施治原则,介绍了在四肢、关节、软组织扭伤、拉伤、挫伤后,可在其相对应的部位,通过循按、揉按、捏提等测定手法找到反应点,即“应痛点”(包括阳性点、阴性点、良性点3种)。针刺之具有良好的效果,尤其是在伤后数小时内,有针到病除之功。

Clinical Application of Puncture at Pain-reacting Point

Based on the principles of selecting point on left-side for treating disease in right-side,selecting point on right-side for treating disease in left-side,and inter-reacting between upper partand lower part,the pain-reacting points was selected in the opposite side of the disease,such as soft tissueinjury,sprain and contusion of limbs and joints,with the methods of pressing along channel,kneading-pressing and kneading-raising.As pucture at these points,the effect was quick,especially several hoursafter injury.
