赤峰市敖汉旗2006年恶性肿瘤患病情况调查分析

目的全面了解恶性肿瘤发病情况,为赤峰市敖汉旗政府科学防癌工作提供依据。方法对敖汉旗2006年农村合作医疗、社保局提供的癌症患者资料进行统计分析。结果敖汉旗2006年恶性肿瘤患者共386人,恶性肿瘤患病率为66.12/10万。癌谱居前几位的分别肺癌、食道癌、胃癌、直(结)肠癌、肝癌、乳腺癌。结论2006年敖汉旗总体恶性肿瘤患病率处于低水平,城镇明显高于农村。防癌重点应该放在肺癌、食道癌、胃癌预防和控制措施的实施上。

Results s costing a total of 2006 386 patients with malignant tumors, the tumor incidence 66.12/10 10,000. Carcinoma of the spectrum were several top lung, esophagus, stomach, straight (junction) colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer. Conclusion 2006 Prairie overall cancer incidence is low, was higher than that of rural towns. The focus should be on preventing lung cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer prevention and control measures on the implementation.
