| 摘 要： | 笔者采用自动微量点滴法及测定筒滤纸药膜法测定灭蚊菊酯对蚁、蝇成虫的毒力，用Ｐｅｅｔ－Ｇｒａｄｙ法测定灭蚊菊酯对蚊、蝇的击倒效果及八氯二丙醚对它的增效作用。灭蚊菊酯对雌成蚊的ＬＤ５０是０．０６７３μｇ／虫，ＬＣ５０为４２８ｍｇ／ｍ２；对蝇成虫的ＬＤ５０是０．１０４μｇ／虫；对蚊、蝇毒力较ＥＢＴ弱。配成酊剂对蚊、蝇成虫的击倒中时在剂量为０．６ｍｇａ·ｉ／ｍ３时是４．２５及８．６３ｍｉｎ；与剂量为０．１ｍｇａ·ｉ／ｍ３的ＥＢＴ配剂的击倒速度相近。研究发现，灭蚊菊酯与八氯二丙醚按１：４～６比例复配，对蚊、蝇的击倒活性明显提高。

| Abstract: | cyanc-2-methy -penten-2-y1-a1-cis.trans-2,2-dimethy-3-(2,2-dichlorvinyl)cuclopropanecarboxylate or JS-88 was synthesized and manufactured in China recently.Its insecticidal activity was tested on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Musca domestica and a lower knockdown and lethal activity were observed in comparision with the bioallethrin's.The knockdown effect was strongly synergised by S-421 at 1:4-6 ratio. |
