抗肿瘤药物不良反应60例分析

目的总结肿瘤患者在使用抗肿瘤药物后出现不良反应(ADR)的规律及其特点,为临床医疗的合理用药提供重要的数据参考。方法对2010年10月至2011年10月我院收集的抗肿瘤药物不良反应60份报告进行回顾性分析。结果抗肿瘤药物涉及的不良反应常见于中老年患者,由抗肿瘤药物索拉非尼、厄洛替尼以及吉非替尼导致的不良反应位居前三位,皮肤及其附件损害也是常见不良反应。结论临床医疗上应不断加强对抗肿瘤药物的监测,减少或者避免肿瘤患者出现不良反应。

Anticancer Drugs 60 Cases of Adverse Reactions

Objective To summarize the tumor patients in the use of antineoplastic drugs after a negative response（ADR） of the rules and characteristics of clinical rational drug use,to provide important reference data.Methods From 2010 October to 2011 October in our hospital were collected antitumor drug adverse reaction in 60 reports were retrospectively analyzed.Results The results of antineoplastic drugs involving adverse reactions are common in elderly patients,by antineoplastic drugs sorafenib,erlotinib and Kyrgyzstan non imatinib resulted in adverse reactions among the top three,damages of skin and its appendages is a common adverse reaction.Conclusion The clinical medical treatment should continue to strengthen the monitoring of antitumor drug,reduce or avoid adverse reaction of tumor patients.
