老年内科ICU中心静脉内导管相关感染探析

目的对老年内科ICU中心静脉内导管相关感染进行探析。方法选取我院2010年8月至2011年8月老年内科ICU监护病房患者共86例,对其进行中心静脉内置管的导管感染的相关因素进行统计分析。结果引起血管的导管相关感染因素为置管的位置、置管腔道数、留置导管数、年龄因素、置管的时间、置管次数,≥60岁患者,导管感染率为30.24%,<60岁患者者导管感染率仅为15.5%。结论在进行导管留置时,应尽量缩短导管置入的时间及次数,降低导管留置的腔道数量,严格遵守导管操作接触时的无菌操作原则。

Geriatric Medicine ICU Central Venous Catheter-related Infection Analysis

Objective To geriatric internal ICU central intravenous catheter related infection of.Methods In our hospital from 2010 August-2011 August elderly medicine ICU ICU patients with a total of 86 patients,the central venous tube catheter related infection factors of statistical analysis.Results Cause vascular catheter related infection factors for catheter position,the number of indwelling catheter lumen,number,age factors,intubation time,catheterization times,over 60 years old patients,catheter infection rate was 30.24%,60 years in patients with ductal infection rate was only 15.5%.Conclusion The catheter indwelling catheter placement,should try to shorten the time and frequency,reduce the indwelling catheter cavity quantity,strictly abide by the manipulation of the catheter while in contact with the aseptic operation principle.
