股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

目的探讨股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对56例老年股骨粗隆间骨折均采用解剖型锁定钢板固定治疗,观察骨折愈合情况,参照Harriss髋关节评分评定患髋功能。结果 56例患者均获得随访,随访时间12～18个月,平均随访13.4月,所有骨折均骨性愈合,无髋关节内翻及内固定失效。按Harriss评分标准:优44例,良10例,可1例,差1例。结论股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板符合股骨近端解剖形态,无需特殊塑形,头颈内多平面固定,固定牢靠、允许早期活动;同时对股骨头血供影响较小,不破坏骨膜,有利于骨折愈合,手术时间较短,是一种较可靠的治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的内固定物。

Anatomical Proximal Femoral Locking Plate for the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture in Aged Patients

Objective To explore the clinical effects of anatomical proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric hip fractures in aged patients.Methods All the total of 56 aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture were internally fixed by anatomical proximal femoral locking plate and observed the fracture healing and evaluated the hip function according to the Harriss score.Results The mean follow up of all the patients was 13.4 months.All the fractures healed without hip varus and internal fixation failure..According to the Harriss score.There are 44 cases with best score,10 cases with good score,1 case with average score and 1 case with bad score Conclusion Anatomical proximal femoral locking plate fit with femoral anatomic morphology without the need for special shaped.Head and neck in the plane fixed good and early activity allowed and the blood supply to the femoral head less affected and the periosteum no damaged.It’s a reliable internal fixation of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
