狂犬咬伤后清创及免疫效果的分析

目的分析狂犬咬伤后对伤者进行清创、免疫的预防效果。方法 2010年4月,北京市海淀区发生1犬咬伤14人的事件,事后北京市立即启动联防联控机制,各部门密切配合追查伤人犬及伤者,对伤者实施正规的伤口清创及免疫预防治疗。结果伤人犬被确诊为狂犬,14名被咬伤者经正规治疗后无一发生狂犬病。结论伤口的正规外科处理、被动免疫制剂及狂犬疫苗的使用是阻止狂犬病发病的最重要措施;狂犬病联防联控机制是有效地预防控制狂犬病流行的行政行为。

The Effect Analysis of Debridement and Immunifaction after Rabid Dog Bite

Objective To investigate the effect of debridement and immunifaction after rabid dog bite.Methods March 2010,Haidian District,Beijing,14 persons were bited by one dog.The Combined Precaution and Manipulation Precedure were started at once.The dog and all the bited persons were found soon.The dog was carried to China Agricultural University Animal Hospital to identify whether it carried rabid virus.At the same time,all the bited persons were received formal debridement and immunifaction.Results The dog was identified as rabid dog.All the bited persons had protective antibody after immunifaction and no one obtained rabies.Conclusion The formal debridement and immunifaction were the most crucial measure to prevent rabies.The Combined Precaution and Manipulation Precedure were the effective administrative proceeding to prevent the rabies spread.
