人工流产术后口服妈富隆的研究

目的对人工流产术后口服避孕药妈富隆的有效性进行研究。方法孕6～10周患者行人工流产手术患者80例进行随机分组:观察组与对照组各40例,观察组人工流产手术后当晚给予口服妈富隆,每日1片,共21d 1个疗程,共3个周期。观察2组患者术后阴道流血情况、重复流产率、月经情况、盆腔感染情况。结果观察组阴道流血时间明显缩短,3d内无阴道流血者占77.5%,1例患者阴道流血时间超过1周;重复流产率1%;月经失调者1%;无1例出现盆腔炎症。对照组3d内无阴道流血者仅40%,超过1周仍有阴道流血者达15%。重复流产率高达15%;16例有月经失调表现;1例出现下腹痛等盆腔炎症表现,但差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论人工流产后口服妈富隆不仅能够有效避孕,而且能够缩短阴道流血时间,降低重复流产率,有一定防止盆腔感染的作用,值得临床应用。

Research on Marvelon after Artificial Abortion

Objective To study the validity of oral contraceptive Marvelon after artificial abortion.Methods 80 cases of abortion patients about 6 to 10 weeks of gestation were randomized：observation group and control group,40 cases of observation group was give oral Marvelon at night after abortion（1 tablet everyday,21 days a treatment）,a total of three cycles.Postoperative vaginal bleeding,repeat abortion rate,menstruation,pelvic infection were observed in the two groups.Results Vaginal bleeding time of the observation group was significantly shorter,within 3 days of vaginal bleeding accounted for 77.5%,one more than a week.Repeat abortion rate was 1%.Menstrual disorders was 1%.There was no pelvic inflammatory disease.It was only 40% in the control group within 3 days of vaginal bleeding,vaginal bleeding more than a week was up to 15%.The repeat abortion rate was up to 15%.There were 16 cases of menstrual disorders and one cases of lower abdominal pain,but there was no statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The oral contraception Marvelon after abortion was not only effective,but also vaginal bleeding can be shortened,repeat abortion rate was reduced.It can play a certain role in preventing pelvic infection and can be worth clinical application.
