| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康复科住院患者的安全隐患及护理对策。方法选取175例于2011年7月至2012年2月在我院康复科住院的患者,分析两组患者住院不安全因素,随机分为2组,实验组予优质护理,对照组按常规护理,比较两组护理满意度。结果康复科住院患者存在患者对疾病认识不够、合并基础疾病、病房环境安全隐患等不安全因素。实验组患者对护理服务满意度为92.05%,对照组为80.46%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.96,P<0.05)。结论针对住院患者的不安全因素,制定相应的优质护理措施,有效避免了护理安全事故的发生,可明显提高患者对护理服务满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore security risks and nursing measures of patients in department of rehabilitation.Methods Selected 175 cases hospital in department of rehabilitation from July 2011 to February 2012.Analysis unsafe factors of patients.Divided 175 cases into 2 groups randomly,while experimental group received quality nursing and control group received general nursing.Compared the nursing satisfaction.Results Hospitalized patients in department of rehabilitation have some insecurities,such as inadequate knowledge on disease,combined with underlying disease,unsafe factors in the ward.Nursing satisfaction of experimental group is 92.05%,control group is 80.46%,and a significant difference was observed（χ2=4.96,P 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing measures was developed base on unsafe factors of hospitalized patients,nursing security accidents can be effective avoided,quality nursing can significantly improve nursing satisfaction. |
