摘    要:目的:评价三维超声引导下穿刺固化治疗卵巢单纯囊肿的效果。方法:回顾性分析106例经三维超声引导下穿刺固化治疗卵巢单纯囊肿的入路选择及治疗效果。结果:106例卵巢单纯囊肿三维超声经腹式入路固化治疗68例,经阴式入路固化治疗38例,总有效率100%,治愈率99.87%,未发生副损伤,随访观察未发生并发症,无卵巢单纯囊肿复发。结论:三维超声引导下卵巢单纯囊肿的穿刺固化治疗是有效的、微创的,根据卵巢单纯囊肿的部位形态来选择入路方式有利于提高治愈率,避免副损伤的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the treatment effectiveness of 3D ultrasound guided puncture and solidify therapy of simple ovarian purely cysts.Methods:One handred and six cases with simple ovarian cysts were undergone the 3D ultrasound guided therapy,the approach-selecting and treatment effectiveness were reviewed.Results:Of all 106 cases with simple ovarian cysts,68 cases were hardening to treat through anterior approach.38 cases were hardening to treat through posticus approach.The total effective rate reached 100%,cure rate reached 99.87%,in which had not been during following observation.Conclusion:Under the 3D ultrasound guided puncture and solidify interventional therapy of simple ovarian cysts is effective,micro-injured,to select approach according to the position and shape of ovarian cysts is beneficial to raise the recovery rate and to avoid the side reaction.
