高龄血液透析患者的特点及护理探讨

目的：探讨高龄血液透析患者的生理、心理、社会等方面的特殊性，为高龄血液透析患者提供合理、有效的护理，减少并发症。方法：通过对收治的13例高龄透析患者的特点分析，总结并找出适合的护理措施。结果：患者的透析并发症减少，导管及内瘘感染率为0，穿刺部位血肿发生率降低，能主动配合，顺利完成血液透析治疗，生命延长。结论：高龄患者由于其生理、心理及社会特点，血液透析风险性增加，有针对性地进行护理，可提高高龄患者透析的成功率，保证血液透析治疗顺利完成。

Study of characteristic and the nursing in elderly hemodialysis patients

Objective .. The elder hemodialysis patients into physical,psychological and social aspects for the particularity of hemodialysis patients elder,provide rational and effective nursing,reduce the complications of hemodialysis. Methods ：Through to my branch admitting 13 cases dialysis patient＇s characteristic analysis ,summarizes and discovers suits the elderly hemodialysis patient＇s nursing measure. Results：Patient＇s dialysis complication reduces,the catheter and in the fistula infection percentage is 0,lower the incidence of puncture site hematoma,can take the initiative with the successful completion of hemodialysis treatment and life extension. Conclusion：Elderly patients because of their physical,psychological and social characteristics of hemodialysis increased risk,target-oriented carries on nursing,can improve the success rate of elderly patients with dialysis to ensure the successful completion of hemodialysis.
