塞来昔布用于围手术期多模式镇痛的疗效与安全性评价

目的：探讨塞来昔布用于围手术期多模式镇痛的疗效与安全性。方法：将2008年1月-2009年1月收治的围手术期镇痛的126例患者，随机分为观察组64例和对照组62例，两组患者各项情况相比差异无显著性（P〉0．05），具有可比性。观察组术前3d服用塞来昔布200mg，每日2次，术后使用患者自控镇痛泵（PCA泵）并联用塞来昔布200mg，每日2次，对照组术后仅使用PCA泵。主要观察指标为术中出血量、术后VAS评分、PCA泵中阿片类药物的用量及恶心、呕吐、便秘及呼吸抑制等副作用。结果：观察组与对照组比较，其VAS评分、PCA中药物用量以及副、作用明显降低，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而术中出血量比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：塞来昔布用于围手术期多模式镇痛可以显著提高痛阈，降低术后VAS评分数值、PCA泵用量以及阿片类的副反应，且不影响出血，适合临床推广使用。

Celebrex used for peroperative period multimodality analgesic efficacy and safety evaluation

Objective：It is analysis of celecoxib for the peroperative period multimodality analgesic efficacy and safety evaluation. Methods：To our hospital in January 2008--2009 was admitted in January of peroperative period analgesia iia 126 cases were randomly divided into 64 cases of the observation group and 62 cases of the control group, compared the two groups of patients with no significant difference （P〈0.05）,comparable. 3 d before the observation group taking celecoxib 200 mg,po, bid,after the use of PCA pump in parallel with celecoxib 200 mg,po, bid,after the control group using only PCA pump. We observed for the Bleeding volume ,VAS score,PCA pump in the amount of o- pioids and nausea,vomiting,constipation and respiratory depression and other side effects. Results：The observation group compared with the control group ,the VAS score ,PCA drug consumption ,and significantly reduced side effects, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Celebrex used for multi modal peroperative period analgesia can significantly increase the pain of the field ,reduce the postoperative VAS score values ,PCA pump usage,as well as side effects of opioids,and do not affect the bleeding,suitable for clinical use.
