中西医结合治疗术后胆道残余结石89例临床分析

本文报告89例术后胆道残余结石采用以中医中药为主的中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。根据不同情况应用中医辨证分型论治、单验方、中药加针灸及总攻排石疗法等综合治疗。临床治疗结果:治愈者17例,占19.1%;好转者64例,占72.0%;无效者8例,占8.9%。按辨证分型分析,湿热型疗效较好,毒热型和血瘀型疗效较差。本文还讨论了有关胆道残余结石的诊断、治疗及预防的一些问题。

Clinical Analysis of 89 Cases of Postoperative Residual Gall Stones in Biliary Ducts Treated with TCM-WM Therapy

The clinical effect of 89 cases of postoperative residual gall stones in biliary ducts treated mainly with traditional Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture and comprehensive purgative therapy to expel stones was studied.The results showed that 17 cases(19.1%)were cured,64 cases(72.0%)improved and 8 cases(8.9%)ineffective.The total effective rate was 91.1%.According to TCM typing-differentiation of symptom complexes,the effectiveness of dampness and heat type was better than other types.Some problems on the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of postoperative residual gall stones in biliary ducts were discussed.
