| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍与鼻内镜手术相关的新设备和技术。方法：综述近年鼻内镜手术新设备的研究进展及与临床应用相关的文献。结果：新设备主要包括三维图象技术、电视导航系统、电动机割吸引器、立体内镜和人工智化设备，这些设备的应用明显提高了手术治疗效果。结论：新设备的应用极大地推动了鼻内镜外科的发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To recommend new equipments and technology related with endcscopic endonasal surgery. Methods The relative literatures in the recent years on the development and application of new equipments of endoscopic endonasal surgery were reviewed. Results New equipments and technology include 3D technology, Vedio navigation, Hummer, 3D endoscope and robotic assistant instrument Clinical uses of these powered instruments and technology significantly improved the effect of operation. Conclusion The application of new equipments and technology promoted the development of endoscopic endonasal surgery. |
