多层螺旋CT及三维重建对气管支气管疾病的诊断价值

摘    要:目的评价螺旋CT及其三维重建技术在诊断气管、支气管疾病中的作用.方法 81例经临床证实的不同原因致气道狭窄患者行MPR (CPR)、MinIP、VR、SSD及CTVE成像,分析其影像学表现.结果五种三维重建图像及轴位图像对气管支气管肿瘤、内膜结核、肿瘤侵犯以及外伤等所致气道改变的显示各有优势.结论多层螺旋CT轴位图像结合其多种方式三维重建,互补长短,能提高诊断的准确性,并给诊断带来更多的信息,对临床具有一定的指导价值.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate multi-slice spiral CT and 3D imaging technique in the diagonosis of tracheobronchial diseases. Methods Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), minimum intensity projection (Min IP), volume rendering (VR), shaded-surface display (SSD) and CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) were performed in 81 patients with tracheobronchial diseases proved by operation or endoscopy. The imaging findings were analyzed. Results The five types of 3D images and axial images have their own idiographic advantages in displaying the narrowed bronchus and the pathological changes in the canals. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and multi-form 3D imaging can advance the diagnosis validity and give more information of tracheobronchial diseases.
