| 摘 要： | 目的实现护理服务质量管理科学化、规范化、标准化，提高护理管理质量，提高患者满意度。方法根据ISO9001标准，结合医院实际，建立体系文件，通过层层管理，保证体系有效运行和护理服务质量的持续改进。结果应用ISO9001标准，使护理服务质量达到了科学、规范和标准化管理。结论通过ISO9001质量管理体系在护理管理中的应用，使护理服务质量得到了持续改进，减少了护理缺陷，提高了护理管理水平，提高了病人满意度，使医院的经济效益和社会效益进一步提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve nursing management quality and patients＇ satisfaction by realizing the scientific, normalization and standardization of nursing service quality management. Method According to the ISO9001 standard, combined with the hospital＇ s reality, establishing system documents and through levels of management to guarantee effective operation of the system and continuous improvement of nursing service quality. Result The scientific, normalization and standardization of nursing service quality management has been achieved by applying the IS09001 standard. Conclusion Nursing service quality improved continuously through application of the ISO9001 quality management system in nursing management. In addition, nursing defects were decreased while nursing management level and patients＇ satisfaction improved, all of which further increased hospitals＇ economic benefits and social benefits. |
