鱼腥草注射液对硫酸庆大霉素兔体内抗菌作用的影响

摘    要:目的观察鱼腥草注射液对硫酸庆大霉素注射液兔体内抗菌作用的影响。方法将健康家兔18只分为3组,每组6只。第1组注射鱼腥草注射液;第2组注射硫酸庆大霉素注射液;第3组注射硫酸庆大霉素注射液加鱼腥草注射液。以一定用量连续耳缘静脉注射6 d后心脏取血5 mL,用短小芽孢杆菌按微生物法测定各组药物抗菌活性。结果鱼腥草注射液体内外无抗菌活性,对兔体内硫酸庆大霉素注射液抗菌活性有明显增强作用(P<0.01)。结论鱼腥草注射液与硫酸庆大霉素注射液联合应用有明显的体内协同作用。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the influence of Herba Houttuyniae injection on the vivo antibacterial activity of gentamicin sulfate in rabbits.Methods 18 healthy rabbits were divided into 3 groups,with 6 animals each group.The group1 were given Herba Houttuyniae injection,and the group2 were given gentamicin sulfate,and the group3 were given both gentamicin sulfate and Herba Houttuyniae injection through ear verge vein.After treated for 6 consecutive days,5 mL blood was got from heart.Then the antibacterial activity was detected by microbiological methods.Results Herba Houttuyniae injection had a little antibacterial activity vitro and vivo,but it did very significantly enhance the vitro antibacterial activity of gentamicin sulfate(P<0.01)Conclusion Herba Houttuyniae in combination with gentamicin sulfate has a synergistic antibacterial activity remarkably.
