| 摘 要： | 采用辣根过氧化物酶标记的抗癌胚抗原(CEA)的抗体Fab片断,对4例大肠癌手术标本进行免疫组织化学染色,以检测肿瘤标志CEA。实验证明,此法简便易行、可靠,可用于检测消化系统的许多腺癌,做为病理诊断学的辅助手段。

| Abstract: | Four specimens of colon-rectal carcinomas were stained histochemically and immunochemically using horseradish peroxidase labeled anti-CEA Fab antibody for the detection of CEA tumor marker, The results proved that Fab antibody fragment labeled with horseradish peroxidase better penetrated into the tissue owing to its smaller molecular weight, In addition, this method is simple, reliable and may be used for the detection of gastrointestinal adenocarcinomas as auxiliary procedure for pathological diagnosis. |
