彩超对胎儿脐带绕颈误诊分析

目的:探讨彩超诊断胎儿脐带统颈的误诊原因。方法:彩超常规检查足月妊娠孕妇胎儿各器官发育及胎儿方位、胎盘、羊水等情况,同时观察是否有脐带绕颈及绕颈周数。结果:彩超诊断脐带绕颈412例,胎儿分娩证实396例,诊断符合率96.4％,误诊率3.6％,彩超诊断脐带绕颈行剖宫产者母婴均安全,经阴道分娩者1例发生缺血缺氧性脑病,1例窒息死亡。

Analysis on False Diagnosis of Color Ultrasound for Cord Entanglement in Neck of Fetus

Objective To Explore the false diagnostic cause of color ultrasonic diagnosis for cord entanglement in the neck of fetus. Methods Petal's organ development, fetal position, condition of placeta and amnion in general prenengcy underwent color ultrasound examination at the same time. If there was cord entanglement in neck and cycle number of wrapping were observed. Results 412 cases with cord entanglement in neck were diagnosed by Color ultrasound, 396 cases confirmed by fetal labour and diagnostic according rate was 96. 4 % , false diagnostic rate was 3. 6 % , mother and neonate were safe, which have been diagnosed to be cord entanglement in neck by Color ultrasound and undergoing uterotomy, one case appeared HIE, and one cases was dead for asphxia.
