肺炎性假瘤的X线与CT诊断

目的 :探讨肺炎性假瘤 X线平片与 CT征象的诊断价值。方法 :分析 12例经手术病理证实的肺炎性假瘤X线平片与 CT资料 ,并加以对比。结果 :病灶发生于右肺 8例、左肺 4例 ;形态上呈圆形或椭圆形 6例 ,占 5 0 %、不规则形 4例 ,占 33.33%、楔形 2例 ,占 16 .6 7% ;发现病灶局部有局限性胸膜增厚 5例 ,占 4 1.6 7%。结论 :CT在肺炎性假瘤的诊断中具有重要的作用 ,但应注重对病灶的部位、形态、边缘、密度和临近胸膜改变等征象进行综合分析

The Diagnosis of Pulmonary Inflammatory Pseudotumor With Chest Film and CT

Objective To evaluate the value of the CT and the chest film findings diagnosis of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. Methods In 12 patients with pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor comfirmed by operation and pathlolgical examination, the CT and X ray findings were analyzed.Results 8 patients had a lesion in the right lung and 4 patients had the lesion in the left lung. The lesions manifested as round and round like in 6 cases(50 %), irregular in 4 cases(33.33 %), wedge shaped in 2 cases(16.67 %). Localized pleural thickening near lesion area can be seen 5 patients(41.67 %). Conclusion CT playes an important role in the diagnosis of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. Analysis with the lesion position, margin, density morphololgic and pleural change should be emphasized.
