依那普利对高血压病患者血糖、胰岛素、脂蛋白水平影响的研究

目的 :探讨依那普利对高血压病患者血糖、胰岛素、脂蛋白水平的影响。方法 :将 64例高血压病患者给予依那普利治疗 3个月后 ,观察其血糖、胰岛素、脂蛋白水平的变化。结果 :3个月后 ,患者收缩压、舒张压均显著降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,用餐后血糖和胰岛素分别由 9.98± 4.6mmol/L 和 13 8± 18mmol/L 降至 7.1± 1.8mmol/L 和 10 1± 3 0 mmol/L(P<0 .0 1) ;TC、TG、L DL- C、apo B均显著降低 ,而 HDL- C、apo A,显著升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :依那普利在降压的同时能改善胰岛岛抵抗 ,并可降低高血压患者冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的危险性。

Effects of Enalapril on Concentration of Glucose, Insulin and Lipoprotein in Hypertensive Patients

Objective To explore the effects of enalapril on the concentrations of glucose, insulin and lipoprotein in plasma in the patients with hypertension. Methods: The concentrations of glucose, insulin and after receiving enalapril for 3 months were observed. Results The SBP decreased highly(P<0.01), and the concentrations of glucose and insulin in plasma decreased from 9.98±4.6 mmol/L and 138±18 mmol/L to 7.1±1.8 mmol/L and 101±30 mmol/L respectively(P<0.01). The TC, TG, LDL c, apoB were decreased obviously and HDL c. apoA were increased notably(P<0.01). Conclusion Enalapril can decrease the blood pressure, at the same time, it can improve insulin resistance, and decrease the risk of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease in patients with hypertension.
