松花粉对慢性应激大鼠肠道微生态的影响

摘    要:目的 观察慢性应激对大鼠肠道微生态的影响及松花粉的保健作用。方法 采用大鼠慢性应激动物模型,3种刺激因素噪声、强迫游泳和头低位束缚随机作用于大鼠,实验期7周左右。用选择性培养基平皿计数法检测大鼠粪便菌群中几种代表性菌种的数量;用酶联免疫法测定大鼠血清中应激激素的含量。结果 慢性应激实验对照组大鼠,粪便中以益生菌双歧杆菌为主的原籍菌数量减少,而过路菌肠杆菌和肠球菌相应增多,即发生了肠道微生态紊乱的现象;进食含5%松花粉饲料的实验组大鼠双歧杆菌数量减少不明显。结论 在慢性应激条件下,大鼠发生了以原籍菌双歧杆菌减少为特征的肠道微生态紊乱的现象,食用松花粉能够有效减轻慢性应激因素导致的大鼠肠道微生态紊乱。

Abstract:Objective To observe influence of chronic stresses and protective effects of pine pollen on gut microecology of rat. Method With an animal model of rats under chronic stresses adopted, the animals were put randomly under three stress factors of noise, forced swimming and head-down-tilt constraint for a period of about 7 weeks. Amount of some representative genera of gut flora in their feces were detected by using selected culture media plate counting method and contents of certain stress hormones of their blood serum were determined by using enzyme-linked immunoad sorbent assay (ELISA). Result It has been found that, for the control group, amount of bifidobacteria dominating native and beneficial bacteria decreased markedly while the passing enterobacteria and enterococci increased correspondingly, that is, gut microecological disturbance occurred; but for the rats of the experimental group fed forage with 5% pine pollen, bifidobacteria did not decrease evidently. Conclusion Under a condition of the chronic stresses in this experiment, a manifestation of gut microecological disturbance characterized by decrease of bifidobacteria occur in the rats. Feeding the rats pine pollen can efficiently alleviate the gut microecological disturbance caused by the chronic stresses.
