| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代以来,神经干细胞的研究,给生命科学带来了重大的变革.尤其对帕金森病、癫痫、痴呆等神经系统退行性病变以及脑缺血损伤后的修复治疗,具有较好的疗效.现将神经干细胞移植治疗神经系统疾病的实验研究状况简述如下.

| Abstract: | Since 1990's,research of neural stem cells grafting bring a great reform to life sciences,especially in restoring therapy of nervous system degeneration such as Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, dementia and cerebral ischemia injury, which has better effect.In this article, we have reviewed the current state of neural stem cells grafting in experimental research briefly. |
