结直肠癌患者手术前后营养及免疫功能的对照观察

摘    要:目的 探讨结直肠癌患者手术前后的营养及免疫功能临床指标。方法 随机检测40例结直肠癌患者术前、术后营养和免疫指标并与对照组比较。结果 结直肠癌患者术后IgM、IgG、白蛋白、前白蛋白显著低于术前(P<0.05),而对照组良性肿瘤手术患者手术前后指标无显著差异。结论 结直肠癌术后营养及免疫功能显著差于术前。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the changes in the nutritional status and immune function in patients with colorectal cancer after operation. Methods The indexes of the nutritional status and immune function were measured in 40 patients with colorectal cancer before and after operation and compared with the control group. Results The levels of IgM, IgG, prealbumin and transferrin were lowered after operation in these colorectal cancer patients (P<0.05), but no significant difference was noted after operation in the control group. Conclusion The nutritional status and immune function in colorectal cancer patients obviously deteriorate after operation.
