乌鲁木齐市实验动物寄生螨类调查初报

摘    要:本文报道了乌鲁木齐地区某实验动物室4种7个品系实验动物寄生螨的感染情况。4种品系(昆明,BALB/c,ICR和NIH)小鼠寄生螨的感染率均为100%,Wistar大鼠寄生螨的感染率为63%,新西兰兔寄生螨的感染率为47%,豚鼠未发现螨的感染。共检获寄生螨类8种,其中兔皮姬螯螨(Cheyletiella parasitivorax Megnin,1878)为国内新记录。作者认为改善饲养环境条件,加强

Abstract:This paper reports the results of investigation on the parasitic mites infestation in laboratory animalsfrom a Iaboratory in Urumqi. Total of 300 animals from 4 species was surveyed with different methods and 8species of parasitic mites including the past record were found. They were Myocoptes musculinus, Radfordiaaffinis,R.ensifera, Trichoecius romboutsi, Psoroptes cuniculi, Sarcoptes scabiei var.cuniculi,Cheyletiella para-sitivorax and Allodermangssus sanguineus. Among them,Cheyletiella parasitivorax was recorded for the first time in Chin. The positive rate for mites was 100%in four strains of mouse (Kinming strain mice,BALB/c mice, NIH mice and ICR mice),63%in Wistar rat and 47%in New Zealand rabbit. Mites were not found out of guinea pig. Authors thought that the improvement of Iaboratory conditions and breeding managements are highly im-portant for preventing the Iaboratory animals from the mites infestation.
