腹膜透析中的蛋白质丢失

观察了腹膜透析患者33例的蛋白质丢失情况,发现个体差异较大。所丢失蛋白质的多少与透析方式、透析时间、透析液含糖浓度、是否应用血管活性物质以及是否合并有腹膜炎等因素有关;而与患者的年龄、性别、体表面积、血浆蛋白浓度以及大多数基础病因关系不大。此外还发现,各种蛋白质丢失的量与该蛋白质分子量的大小密切相关:即蛋白质的分子量越小,则该蛋白进入透析液内的量越多。

PROTEIN LOSSES DURING PERITONEAL DIALYSIS

Protein losses in 33 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis have been studied. Marked interpatiem variation was found. The losses of protein correlated with the techniques in dialysis, the period of dialysis, the concentration of dextrose in dialysis solutions, the addition of vasoactive drugs in the dialysis solutions and the development of peritonitis. On the other hand, the age, sex, body surface area, serum protein concentration and the etiology of the underlying disease appeared to have little influence on protein losses, in addition, it could be seen that losses of protein correlated closely with the molecular size of protein, those having lower molecular weight suffered greater loss.
