| 摘 要： | 高校的学位评定委员会是高校学术权力的重要组织载体,其权力运行是我国高等教育改革关注的重要问题之一.目前高校学位评定中学术权力的泛化倾向,要求从权力结构模式、运行机制等方面进行必要创新,重构学术权力架构,规范运行程序,细化评定实施规则,加强学术自律,健全权力制约监督,来维护高校学术权力合理性.
