| 摘 要： | 目的研究慢性宫颈炎合并高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16／18型的感染情况。方法宫颈细胞学正常并经病理证实的慢性宫颈炎患者151例，根据宫颈拭子HPV16／18检测结果分为HPV16／18( )组和HPV16／18(-)组，分析患者年龄、临床表现、阴道镜检查结果，并对全部病例予宫颈激光治疗。结果HPV16／18阳性21例，阳性率为13．91％，两组患者年龄、临床表现差异无显著意义，HPV( )组异常阴道镜图像多，经激光治疗半年后，宫颈光滑17例，占80．95％，HPV16／18转阴16例，转阴率为76．19％。结论对合并高危HPV感染的慢性宫颈炎患者予以治疗，去除病灶，对预防宫颈癌有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the infection state of high risk human papilloma virus 16/18 in chronic cervicitis.Methods According to the result of determination of HPV 16/18,151 cases of chronic cervicitis were divided into two groups,group-A:HPV 16/18 positive and group-B:HPV 16/18 negative.The age and clinical manifestation and colpocopic signs were analyzed,and all patients were treated by laser.Results 21 cases were HPV 16/18( ) with a positive rate of 13.91%.Compared with group B,the age and clinical manifestation in group A were not prominen,but majority of colpocope observation showed atypical transformation.After treatment of laser,16 cases(76.19%) showed a negative turn of HPV after half of one year.Conclusion The active treatment for HPV-positive case with chronic cervicitis may be a important measure to prevent cervical carcinoma. |
