派丽奥软膏治疗急性局限性智齿冠周炎疗效观察

目的 价派丽奥软膏（periocline）治疗智齿冠周炎的疗效和安全性。方法 127例临床诊断为急性局限性智齿冠周炎的病人，随机分为两组，治疗组在常规冲洗后局部使用派丽奥软膏，对照组在常规冲洗后局部使用碘甘油，用药后5天观察疗效。期间停用其他抗生素类药物。结果两组疗效差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 派丽奥软膏作为局部用药在智齿冠周炎治疗中安全有效。

The Efficacy of Treating Acute Topical Type Periocornitis of Wisdom Tooth with Periocline

Objective To evaluate the result of appliance of Periocline treating acute topical type periocornitis of wisdom tooth with clinical observation examination. Methods 127 cases that were clinical diagnosed acute topical type periocornitis of wisdom tooth was randomly assigned of two groups, treatment group with Periocline after rising. The contrast group with iodoglycerin after rinsing.Results The curative effect with Periocline was obviously better than that in the contrast group. The efficacy was significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion the results indicate that local treatment with Periocline was worthy efficacy and safety in treating acute topical type periocornitis.
