摘    要:目的探索提高临床医学专业医学影像学教学质量的方法。方法结合网络信息,对四川省属西医院校及随机抽取的国内其他23所院校的师生进行调查。调查内容包括班级人数、课程教材、教学条件、教学计划、见习安排、教学方法与学习效果等。结果各院校大班学生数量较多,课时偏少,理论课教学任务重,小班实验课难以开展,教学及考核方式仍较传统,教学效果欠佳。结论立足现状搞教改,转变观念搞建设,是提高医学影像学教学质量的根本途径。

Abstract:Objective To explore the countermeasures to improve the teaching quality of medical imaging in clinical medicine. Methods Based on the internet information resources and investigation on teachers and students from 3 Sichuan provincial western medicine colleges and other 23 universities selected randomly in China,we analyzed the influencing factors to medical imaging teaching quality such as teaching scheme and methods, textbooks and servicing facilities,students number of the class, intra-course teaching and examination methods, etc. Results Problems of medical imaging teaching exist in China, such as too large number of students in one class and relatively lack of servicing facilities,contradiction among few teaching hours and high requirements, simpleness of test mode, etc. Conclusion According to the teaching character, educative purpose and realistic situation, we should immediately transform teaching idea and advance teaching reform.
