艾灸三阴交穴对健康人血液流变学及红细胞聚集指数的影响

目的 :探讨艾灸三阴交穴治疗血瘀证的机理。方法 :应用血液粘度计 ,红细胞变形 聚集测试仪 ,于艾灸三阴交穴前后 ,测试血液流变学各项指标的变化。结果 :全血高 低切相对粘度、全血低切还原粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、血沉方程K值、红细胞刚性指数及红细胞聚集指数具有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,纤维蛋白原、全血低切粘度有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,全血高切粘度及全血高切还原粘度虽有不同程度的降低 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :艾灸三阴交穴后可明显改善红细胞聚集程度 ,降低血液粘度 ,加快血流速度 ,降低外周血管阻力

Effect of Moxibusting Sanyinjiao on Hemorrheology and Aggregation Index of RBC in Health people

AIM:To study the effect of moxibustion of Sanyinjiao(SP6)on the Hemorrheology in healthy people.METHODS:The hemorrheology were measured before and after moxibustion by using LG-R-80 Detector of blood viscosity and LG-B-190 Detector of blood aggregation.RESULTS:The value of Whole blood low specific relative viscosity,Whole blood high specific relative viscosity,Whole blood low reduction specific viscosity,Plasma viscosity,Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,Erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value,Deformation index of RBC and Aggregation index of RBC were lowed significantly after Moxibustion of Sanyinjiao(SP6)(P<0 01);The value of Whole blood low specific viscosity and Fibrinogen were lowed significantly after Moxibustion of Sanyinjiao(SP6)(P<0 05);The value of Whole blood high reduction specific viscosity and Whole blood high specific viscosity hadn't any significant changes (P>0 05).CONCLUSION:It suggests that moxibustion on Sanyinjiao(SP6)can improve hemorrheology in normal people.
