摘 要: | 目的通过建立实验性近似不稳定型心绞痛的动物模型.探讨养心颗粒对近似不稳定型心绞痛家兔血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法以球囊一次性损伤家兔颈动脉结合高脂饮食喂养,8周末后随机分为模型对照组、养心颗粒组、硝酸异山梨酯(消心痛)组和阿托伐他汀组,每组各7只,另取7只家兔为空白对照组.于10周末进行药物触发的方法复制成近似不稳定型心绞痛动物模型。各组兔分别于实验开始后第8周、第10周末,经耳中央动脉采血,测CRP水平。结果与空白对照组相比,各组在8周末CRP的含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);10周末,与模型对照组相比,各治疗组CRP含量均有所降低,养心颗粒组和阿托伐他汀组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);各治疗组间比较,养心颗粒组和阿托伐他汀组疗效优于消心痛组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论中药复方制剂养心颗粒对近似不稳定型心绞痛模型具有明确的防治作用,其机制可能与降低血清CRP水平有关。

The Effect of Yangxin Granule on C - reactive Protein in Rabbits Model |

Abstract: | Ohjective To study the effect of Yangxin granule on serum C - reactive protein (CRP) in rabbit model similar to human unstable angina. Methods Aortic wall injuries were induced an intravascular balloon in rabbits before rabbits were fed high fat diet for 8 weeks. At the end of 8th week, rabbits were randomly divided into five groups:Model control group, Yangxin granule group, ccdoeard group,atorvastatin group and blank group (7 in each group). At the end of 10th week,the models similar to human unstable angina were established. At the eighth and the tenth weekend of the experiment, the level of serum CRP was examined. Results Compared with blank group, the level of serum CRP obviously increased in each group at the end of 8th week (P-0.01). Compared whh control group, the level of serum CRP was decline in treatment group at the end of 10th week. There were statistically significant in Yangxin granule group and atorvastatin group (P〈0.01). The effect of Yangxin granule and atorvastatin were better than cedocard (P〈0.01). Conclusion Yangxin granule had protective effect on the model of similar to human unstable angina. Its mechanism might be related to inhibition of serum CRP. |
