复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛患者心肌总缺血负荷和心率变异的影响

摘    要:目的观察复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛患者心肌总缺血负荷(TIB)降低,心率变异(HRV)及心脏相关事件发生的影响。方法124例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(63例)与对照组(61例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗(如阿司匹林、硝酸酯剂、β-受体阻滞剂、他汀类等),治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸10粒/次,3次/日,观察1年。结果治疗组治疗后TIB降低,HRV增加,与对照组治疗后比较,TIB、HRV、心绞痛症状疗效及心脏相关事件的发生均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸可降低冠心病心绞痛患者心肌总缺血负荷,改善心率变异,减少心脏相关事件的发生。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of compound danshen dropping pill on total ischemia burden,heart rate variability and cardiac events in patients (pts) with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods One hundred and twenty - four pts were divided into two groups randomly; Control group treated with normal medicine and treatment group treated with routine therapy and compound Danshen dropping Pill. Follow - up time was one year. Results At end of one year, the total ischemia burden was lower and the heart rate variability was higher than that before the treatment. There were significant differences in total ischemia burden, heart rate variability, the therapeutic effect of angina and the incidence of cardiac events between the two) groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The compound Danshen dropping pill could effectively reduce total ischemia burden, improve heart rate variability and reduce the incidence of cardiac events.
