胆道镜下直视取石加术后中药内服保留胆囊治疗胆石症的临床研究

目的研究胆道镜直视取石加术后中药内服保留胆囊治疗胆石症的效果。方法38例慢性胆囊炎合并胆石症患者分为治疗组与对照组，均采用胆道镜直视下取石，治疗组加疏肝利胆中药内服进行治疗，对比两组患者胃肠功能恢复时间，术后随访12个月检查B超是否有结石复发，同时记录患者治愈率及不良反应。结果治疗组恢复平均时间为（15．21±2．32）h少于对照组（52．34±5．24）h，t=3．230，P〈0．05，不良反应发生率低于对照组（χ^2=-15．644），复发率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论胆道镜下直视取石加术后中药内服保留胆囊治疗胆石症具有明确疗效。

Objective To study the effect of choledochoscope calculus removed plus postoperative herbal internal and keep the gallbladder cholelith disease.Methods 38 cases of chronic cholecystitis merger cholelith disease patients were divided into treatment group and control group,all use biliary mirror nasopharynx took stone,the treatment group and Shugan lidan herbal internal and treatment.Compared two groups of patients recovery of gastrointestinal function of time,follow-up of 12 months check by B exceed a recurrence of stones.At the same time recorded patients cure rate and adverse reaction.Results The treatment group average recovery time for(15.21 ±2.32) h was less than the control group(52.34 ±5.24) h,t = 3.230.Adverse reaction rate was lower than those of the control group(χ2=15.644),and the recurrence rate was lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Biliary microscopicall CR calculus removed and take the traditional Chinese medicine internal and keep the gallbladder treatment cholelith disease with a clear curative effect
