来氟米特联合白芍总苷治疗强直眭脊柱炎的疗效观察

目的探讨来氟米特联合白芍总苷治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的疗效及安全性。方法以我院AS患者为研究对象。随机分为试验组（服用来氟米特片和白芍总苷胶囊）和对照组（只服用来氟米特片）。以治疗3个月、6个月和12个月BASDAI、VAS评分及血沉变化评价治疗效果，并记录治疗过程中药物不良反应。结果治疗后3个月与治疗前比较，试验组BASDAI和血沉明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后6个月和治疗后12个月，试验组BASDAI、VAS评分及血沉均低于相同时点的对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论来氟米特联合白芍总苷较单用来氟米特可更好地控制AS活动，且不增加不良反应。

The curative effect on Leflunomide combined with total glucosides of peony in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To know the curative effect on leflunomide combined with total glucosides of peony in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into the observed group(n = 34) and the con trol group(n = 34).The patients in the observed group accepted the treatment of leflunomide and total glucosides of peony,but the control group received the treatment of leflunomide only.The curative effect was evaluated by the Bath AS disease activity index(BASDAI),visual analogue scale(VAS) and ESR after treatment of 3 months,6 months and 12 months.Results After treatment of 3 months,the BASDI and ESR in the observed group significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment of 6 months and 12 months,the BASDI,VAS and ESR in the observed group significantly lower than that in the control group,too(P < 0.05).Conclusion Leflunomide combined with total glucosides of peony could get better curative effect in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
