| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨阿魏酸稳定性及高效液相色谱法测定当归中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法 :以甲酸∶水 (5∶95 )为阿魏酸对照品的溶剂 ,甲酸∶甲醇 (5∶95 )为样品的溶剂 ,固定相为shim packCLC ODS ,流动相为 0 2 %甲醇乙腈∶0 1%磷酸 0 1%三乙胺水溶液(2 0∶80 ) ,检测波长为 3 2 4nm ,流速为 1ml·min-1。结果 :阿魏酸在 0 70 4～ 17 6mg·L-1范围内线性良好 (r =0 9998,n =5 ) ,平均加样回收率为 99 3 3 % ,RSD为 0 60 % (n =6)。结论 :高效液相色谱法简便快速 ,可用于当归药材的含量测定
