| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工肝支持系统(ALSS)救治妊娠重症肝炎的临床效果。方法将31例妊娠重症肝炎患者分为两组:ALSS治疗的13例为治疗组,无ALSS治疗的18例为对照组,比较两组总胆红素(TBIL)、白蛋白(ALB)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)水平和分娩出血量、产妇及围生儿预后情况。结果两组治疗后产前TBIL、ALB、PTA水平比较差异有高度显著性(P均<0.01)。治疗组治疗前后TBIL、ALB、PTA水平比较差异有高度显著性(P均<0.01)。治疗组分娩出血量、产妇病死率明显低于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论ALSS抢救妊娠重症肝炎有效,且能较好地降低产妇及围生儿病死率。
