消痔灵囊内注射治疗腱鞘囊肿80例

目的探讨用消痔灵囊内注射治疗腱鞘囊肿的临床疗效。方法采用消痔灵注射液囊内注射治疗腱鞘囊肿80例,其中腕关节和腕背68例,踝关节和足背8例,窝4例。结果标准：囊肿完全消失为治愈,囊肿明显缩小为好转,囊肿无改变或缩小不明显为无效。本组80例,一次性治愈79例,1例窝囊肿治疗1次好转,3次治愈。随访3年,左腕关节复发1例。治愈率100%,复发率1.25%。结论消痔灵囊内注射治疗腱鞘囊肿效果好,无痛苦,无并发症和后遗症,不易复发,最适宜在基层和农村推广。

Xiaozhiling intracystic injection of ganglion cyst 80 cases of coke

Objective Explore Xiaozhiling intracystic injection of ganglion cyst of the clinical efficacy. Methods There were 80 eases of intracystic injection of ganglion cyst treated by Xiaozhiling injection,68 cases of wrist and ankle joint wrist and 8 cases of dorsal foot,4 cases of popliteal were treated.Results Standard：The cyst disappears completely was cured,the cyst decreases obviously was improvement,changes or reduces the cyst was no change.Among 80 cases, 79 cases were cured one lime, 1 ease leg nest cyst cures primary improvement,triple healing. After following up 3 year,assist wrist joints relapse one example.Curative ratio was 100%,relapse rate 1.25%. Conclusion Xiaozhiling had good response to treat tendon sheath,which was not painful,and had no complication and sequela.h was fit for using in primary and village hospital.
