精神分裂症社会支持与康复疗效分析

目的：了解慢性分裂症的社会支持以及社区康复疗效的影响。方法：采采用SSRS、BPRS、SDSS、SANS等量表，分析社区120例精神分裂症患者的社会支持、社会功能情况，并通过2年社区康复治疗，评定疗效。结果：中度以上精神残疾患者社会支持明显低于轻度精神残疾患者，农村精神分裂症患者社会支持明显低于城市患者（P＜0.05）；通过2年的社区康复治疗后，BPRS、SDSS、SANS等量表总分明显降低（P＜0.01）。结论：社会支持程度与精神分裂症病情程度呈明显的负相关，提高社会支持对社区防治康复有重要意义。

Analysis of Social Support and Therapeutic Effect for Schizophrenia

Objective:To investigate social support and social function and the influence on community rehabilitation in chronic schizophrenia.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients who met CCMD_2_R for schizophrenia were in the study(BPRS>40 score).All patients were assessed with BPRS,SSRS,SDSS,SANS and treated by community rehabilitation.Results:Social support for patients with moderate and severe social function deficiency was lower than that with mild social function deficiency and it was lower in countryside than in city( P <0 05);BPRS,SDSS,SANS scores decreased obviously after 2 years treatment in community rehabilitation( P <0 01).Conclusion:The results showed negative significant different between severe degree and social support in schizophrenia.Social support plays an important role in community rehabilitation in schizophrenia.
