| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨24h尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)排泄量在糖尿病肾病(DN)中的早期诊断价值。方法:用放射免疫法测定70例2型糖尿病(DM)患者和24例正常对照者24h尿白蛋白(Alb)排泄量和24h尿β2-MG排泄量。结果押随着DN的发展熏24h尿Alb排泄量和24h尿β2-MG排泄量逐渐增高。在糖尿病(DM)患者中24h尿Alb排泄量与24h尿β2-MG排泄量成正相关(r=0.576,P=0.000)。结论押24h尿Alb排泄量和24h尿β2-MG排泄量联检有助于全面评估DM的肾脏损害,早期诊断DN。

| Abstract: | Objective :The purpose of this study is to evaluate the value of urinary β 2 -microg lobulin( β 2 -MG)in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods :Both24hours urinary Alb and β 2 -MG excretion amount were measured from70type2DM patients and24normal people as the control group respectively by radioimmunoassay. Res ults :It showed that both24hours urinary Alb and β 2 -MG excretion amount were increased gradually following the DN development.24hours urinary Alb excretion amount in patients with DM showed a significant positive correlation24hours( urinary with β 2 -MG excretion amount ( r=0.576 ,P=0.000 ) . Conclus ion:Joined determination of24hours urinary Alb and urinary β 2 -MG excretion amount may be conducive to evaluate the renal damage in DM and to diagnose DN early. |
