肠生物黏附性活性炭制剂的驱铅实验研究

摘    要:目的 考察肠生物黏附性活性炭制剂对染铅狗的驱铅作用。方法 用活性炭普通片剂与肠生物黏附性片剂,分别对染铅狗的铅中毒模型进行观察,通过比较各组血铅浓度的变化,尿排铅量,粪排铅量,考察其驱铅疗效,及排铅途径。结果 同剂量的活性炭肠生物黏附性片剂的驱铅作用显著强于活性炭普通片剂(P〈0.01)。吸附剂治疗铅中毒的机制在于吸附胃肠道中的铅,阻断铅的肠肝循环。

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the effect of removing lead of bioadhesive preparation of activated carbon for lead intoxicated dogs. [Methods] To make use of the ordinary tablets and bioadhesive tablets of activated carbon to investigate the model of lead intoxicated dogs, through comparing respective group the change of the concen- tration of the lead in blood, the lead quantity of excretion from urine and stool, to investigate the effect of removing lead and the pathway of excretion lead. [Results] The effect of removing lead of the bioadhesive tablets of activated carbon is better than identical dosage of the ordinary tablets. The mechanism of treating lead poisoning of adsorbent lies in absorbing the lead in gastrointestinal tract, and blocking enterohepatic circulation of lead.
