非肝病性门脉特异性扩张的彩色多普勒超声显像

目的：探讨非肝病性门脉特异性扩张的声像图改变和病因，提高对该病的认识，并与其他门脉疾病鉴别。材料和方法：对９例门脉特异性扩张进行了彩超检查；年龄１０～５８岁，平均２９．３岁。７例无临床症状，所有病例肝功正常。４例被Ｘ线，ＣＴ或手术证实。使用ＡＣＵＳＯＮ１２８ＸＰ电脑声像仪，探头３．５ＭＨｚ，探查门脉系统和肝、脾。结果：门脉正常结构消失，代之网状或蜂窝状扩张，其内无栓子回声，彩色血流为红、蓝相杂，肝、脾回声正常。结论：彩色多普勒血流显像对非肝病性门脉扩张的诊断和鉴别具有重要价值，有助于选择正确的治疗方案，可做为门脉疾病的首选检查方法。

The Diagnosis of the Port al Vein Specific Dilation in the Normal Liver by Color Doppler Flow Imaging

Purpose: To discuss the sonographic feature and causes of portal vein (PV) specific dilation in normal liver, and to add the knowledge of the disease. Materials and Methods: Nine cases of PV Specific dilation were examined by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). The patinsts aged from 10 to 58 years, a mean age of 29.3. 7 cases had no clinical symptom. Liver function of all the cases was normal .4 cases werer confirmed by CT, X ray or operation, The instrument was Acuson 128XP computer sonography. PV system, liver and spleen were observed. Results: The results showcd that the normal structure of PV was absent, and instead, there was honeycomb or cancellated dilation, no thrombosis in PV and normal echo in liver and spleen. The casese of PV specific dilation has been investigated and its differentiation from cavermous transfomation. Conclusion: We concluded that CDFI is of great value in the diagnosis and selective treatment of PV specific dilation, CDFI can be used as the first choice of examination for PV diseases.
