| 摘 要： | 用交叉双盲法观察潘生丁对43例门诊高脂血症病人血清甘油三酯,胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量的作用。总疗程6mo,3mo时安慰剂与药物进行双盲交叉。结果显示潘生丁有降低血清胆固醇含量的作用,对血清甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇作用不明显。

| Abstract: | Effects of dipyridamole on serum triglyceride, cholesterol and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)
levels were evaluated in 43 patients from
the hyperlipidemic clinie of our hospital
by a cross-over double blind study. The total duration of this treatment was 6 months. At the end of 3 months drug and placebo were cross-over. The results indicated that dipyridamole reduced serum cholesterol levels but did not inlluence serum triglyceride and HDL-C levels. |
