| 摘 要： | 目的：通过离体实验观察人肠内菌对龙胆苦甙的代谢。方法：采用人新鲜粪便厌氧培养，ＨＰＬＣ法定量测定代谢产物。结果：龙胆苦甙经人肠内菌代谢生成龙胆碱和龙胆醛等主要产物。结论：龙胆苦甙易被人肠内菌代谢，其他谢模式可能为龙胆甙→龙胆碱→龙胆醛。

The Metabolism ofGentiopicroside by Human Intestinal Bacteria |

| Abstract: | The metabolism of gentiopicroside by vitro anaerobic culture withhuman intestinal bacteria were studied. The results showed that 1. the main metabolites were gentianine and gentianal, both are nitrogen-containing compounds; 2. The mode of metabolism of gentiopicroside is gentiopicroside→gentianine→gentianal. |
