| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术的科学性、实用性、先进性及微创美容价值。方法对523例阑尾炎患者采用经脐入路,用腹腔镜探查,并拉盲肠、阑尾于脐外,再行阑尾切除术。结果523例阑尾炎患者,采用脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术均获成功,无严重并发症发生。结论脐孔腔镜阑尾切除术经临床应用疗效满意,具有科学、微创、美容的特点,可在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy via umbilicus. Methods 523 patients with appendicitis were operated with appendectomy via umbilicus. Results All the operations of 523 cases were successfully and did not accomplish any severe complications. Conclusion The method of laparoscopic appendectomy via umbilicus can be widely used, because of obvious effect and less complications. |
