| 摘 要： | 目的：观察糖痹康汤剂结合胰岛素和甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法：将80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,每组40例;对照组给予胰岛素强化降糖和甲钴胺治疗。治疗组在西药治疗基础上,加服糖痹康汤剂,疗程共3月。观察2组患者治疗前后临床神经症状＋神经反射＋感觉功能检查3项总积分的变化及治疗前后神经传导速度的变化。结果：2组间的疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）;2组治疗后与治疗前比较,临床神经症状＋神经反射＋感觉功能检查3项总积分明显下降,神经传导速度明显加快,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）;两组间比较,临床神经症状＋神经反射＋感觉功能检查3项总积分、神经传导速度的差异同样有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论：糖痹康汤剂结合胰岛素和甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切。
