| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心病（CHD）患者血清C反应蛋白（CRP）和同型半胱氨酸（HCY）的水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法：80例经冠状动脉造影确认的CHD患者,急性心肌梗死（AMI）24例、不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）30例、稳定型心绞痛（SAP）26例。选40例健康者为对照。另根据动脉造影结果将80例CHD患者分为单支病变组（20例）、双支病变组（34例）、三支病变组（26例）。分别采集外周静脉血同时检测CRP和HCY的水平进行分析。结果：CHD患者血清CRP和HCY的水平与健康组相比显著增高（P〈0.01）。AMI、UAP、SAP三组相比较CRP和HCY的水平依次降低,两两比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。CHD患者血清CRP和HCY的水平在冠状动脉单支病变、双支病变、三支病变组依次增高,两两比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：血清CRP和HCY的水平与冠状动脉病变程度及病变支数有关,提示血清CRP和HCY可作为冠状动脉病变程度的诊断依据。
